During our trip to the grocery store the kids noticed the caramel apples on display. "We want those. We want to buy those!" Buy those please!!!" I decided not to buy them, I knew we had 17 pounds of apples at home from the apple farm, I knew we had Popsicle sticks in our project bin, we always have a stash of peanuts in the pantry, all that we needed was the caramel. We came home and had a blissful hour of caramel apple assembly and eating. Good things!
